Meet Veronica

I’m the CEO of Njord and someone who’s genuinely passionate about people, progress, and building workplaces that thrive.

My journey into HR wasn’t something I planned from the start. It began over a decade ago when I was working in corporate sales. While I enjoyed the business side, I quickly found myself drawn to improving internal processes, motivating teams, and finding better ways of working. That’s when it clicked: I wasn’t just interested in results, I was fascinated by the people behind them.

This realization led me to pursue a degree in Human Resources, where I dove deep into organizational psychology, labor law, and the mechanics of high-performing teams.

Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries as HR Business Partner, including military and defense, tech, hospitality, and pharmacy, supporting everything from hands-on recruitment and daily HR operations to advising senior leadership and driving large-scale organizational change.

No matter the challenge, my motivation has always been the same: helping people and businesses reach their full potential.

Why Njord?

Starting Njord wasn’t just about launching a business, it was about creating a consultancy that reflects the values I believe in, trust, clarity, and real collaboration. I wanted to offer companies more than just outsourced help. I wanted to be a long-term partner who truly understands their goals ,and helps them build strong teams, smart systems, and sustainable growth.

Njord exists because I believe HR should be personal. It should be strategic, yes, but also human. And every time I get to support a business through a tricky hire, a major restructure, or building a new team culture, I’m reminded why I started this journey in the first place.
